There are three ways to resolve your insurance claim. One way is to settle out of court prior to filing a lawsuit or even during the court process. The key point for an effective settlement is to gather facts and information to make the insurance adjuster’s job easy to evaluate the claim. All insurance adjusters have bosses and they need to be able to show why they offered a significant amount of money on a case. Provide all medical records from both the doctors and the hospitals. Provide all incident or accident reports.Gather all lost wage information or loss of earning capacity. Photos are the most important. Show and tell always beats tell. Document the progression of the healing process,such as making photos as the wound , fracture or bruise heals.
