On Sunday, November 27, 2005 Terry McQuair died in a skiing accident at the Mount Baker Ski Area. Mr. McQuair, a 21 year old British Columbia resident, skied under two ropes marked with warning signs and then off of a 100 foot cliff. The fall caused head injuries and Mr. McQuair was pronounced dead on the scene.
