Mike Ferrara has been a trial lawyer for 40 years. He has tried over 250 jury trials and was involved in two of the largest cases in U.S. history. One was the historic tobacco case where he was co-counsel for the Governor of New Jersey. That case settled for 8 Billion Dollars. He was also co-counsel in the landmark Vioxx litigation where Merck settled for 4.85 Billion Dollars. He enjoys helping the average citizen fight doctors, trucking companies, nursing homes and product manufacturers who cause harm. He is married to Penny for 43 years. They have have five children and two grandchildren. He is proud to be a member of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers and included in Best Lawyers of America.
