Scott graduated from from University of Arkansas law school in Fayetteville in December of 1989, and soon thereafter entered active duty in the United States Air Force within the Judge Advocate General's Department. After six years of active duty, he began his civil practice in securities fraud and antitrust class action litigation. He now devotes a large portion of his practice in class action cases involving consumer law violations, shareholder issues, antitrust and ERISA. He is also proud to represent hundreds of farmers in GMO litigation, and homeowners suffering earthquake damages in relation to oil and gas operations.
