Stevie Glaberson is a staff attorney in Public Justice’s Washington, D.C. office, focusing on access to justice issues.
Before joining Public Justice, Stevie was a staff attorney and clinical teaching fellow with Georgetown University Law Center’s Civil Litigation Clinic. At Georgetown, Stevie co-taught the clinic’s seminar, supervised teams of law students, and acted as the lead lawyer on the majority of the clinic’s cases. These cases included wage theft matters on behalf of low-income D.C. area residents, open government cases against federal agencies, and a case against the New York City Police Department seeking information regarding the Department’s use and acquisition of face recognition technology. Prior to her work at Georgetown, Stevie defended low-income New Yorkers against government interference with their right to parent their children, with Brooklyn Defender Services’ Family Defense Practice.
