Scott Marshall
After a brief stint at a well-respected Clearwater law firm, Scott opened his own firm in 1997. Scott has dedicated his practice to the representation of people and families who have suffered personal injury or wrongful death due the negligence of others, and to helping injured workers’ navigate the treacherous waters of the workers’ compensation system.
The son of a lawyer, Scott R. Marshall grew up in Missouri, but has always had a connection to the Tampa Bay area through his mother who was born and raised in Clearwater. After studying abroad in both France and England, Marshall moved to the bay area in 1995. He has four beautiful children: two sons and two daughters.
