Samantha Peters
Samantha joined Paulson & Nace, PLLC in 2022. A Maine native, she graduated summa cum laude from the University of Southern Maine with a B.S. in communication in 2011. Samantha earned her J.D. from The George Washington University Law School, where she was an active member of the Mock Trial Team and a member of the Public Contract Law Journal. During this time, she served as a judicial intern for the Honorable John B. Beliveau and worked as a law clerk for two different Washington, D.C. law firms before joining one as an Associate Attorney.
In Samantha’s last position as an Associate Attorney for a Maryland firm, she established a new medical malpractice section of the firm, handled all aspects of medical negligence, from intake through trial, and managed staff.
Samantha is licensed to practice in Maryland, the District of Columbia, and the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. She is a member of the Maryland Association for Justice, the Trial Lawyers Association of Metropolitan Washington, D.C., the American Association for Justice, and the Montgomery County Bar Association.
She has been named to The National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 Under 40 list and earned a spot on Top Verdict’s “Top 100 Medical Malpractice Verdicts in the United States” in 2019.
An avid soccer fan who played through high school and college, Samantha still enjoys playing in co-ed leagues.
