Tim grew up in Virginia outside of Washington D.C. and attended the University of South Carolina for his undergraduate degree. While at South Carolina Tim obtained his bachelor's degree with a focus in history and a minor in political science. Tim attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, CA. Tim is licensed to practice law in California and Michigan.
