Attorney Margolin has practiced law in Massachusetts since 1973. Since the start of his career in legal services, he has always represented the common person who has been injured by the improper practices or negligence of others and must confront well-financed corporate, government, or insurance interests, to obtain justice. His legal services career included precedent setting cases in state and federal court.

After leaving legal services for private practice, Attorney Margolin developed expertise representing people with disabilities who were denied access to jobs, homes, or community activities because of unlawful discrimination. Through this work, Attorney Margolin developed extensive professional relationships with physicians, psychologists, physical therapists, and other professionals who work with severely disabled people. His involvement with disabled people and the professionals who help them, led quite naturally to the representation of people who have been catastrophically injured because of medication errors, medical malpractice, and other types of negligence.

In addition to his representation of injured people, Attorney Margolin has taught at the graduate level, has been extensively published on various legal topics, and is an accomplished public speaker.

Today, the Law Office of Kenneth N. Margolin, selects only medication error, medical malpractice, and other negligence cases, involving death or catastrophic personal injury. By focusing on a small number of catastrophic cases rather than a high volume of lesser ones, Attorney Margolin is able to give every case and each client the personal attention they deserve.
