PHILADELPHIA — Johnson & Johnson and its subsidiary Janssen Pharmaceuticals have agreed to settle 76 Topamax injury cases pending in Pennsylvania state court, according to a recent court order. Reports indicate these cases settled for 81 millions dollars.
