Red toy wagons are being recalled by the U.S. Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and their importer, Tricam Industries, due to a violation in the paint lead standard. The recall is voluntary, although consumers are being asked to stop using the recalled products immediately unless instructed otherwise. The fifteen thousand affected toy wagons, manufactured in China, were sold for thirty dollars at Tractor Supply Company stores nationwide between the dates of September 2002 through November 2007. The red wagon model in question is the MH1250 and has a red steel bucket, black handle, black steel axle support, and black tires. For more information on the recall contact Tricam Industries at (800) 867-6763 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. CT Monday through Friday, or visit the firm’s Web site at www.tricam.com.
