Newsok is reporting from that the Oklahoma Highway Patrol is looking for the driver of a car that hit and killed a 19-year-old man near Locust Grove then left the scene. Our prayers go out to the family of this young man and I hope the at-fault person is brought to justice.
That said, I wanted to use this as a learning opportunity to those who have suffered hit and run car crashes and were injured. You may think that when this occurs there is no avenue of recovery.
