The Pea Pod Travel Crib manufactured by KidCo Inc. has possible links to the death of a 5-month-old New York City baby, and the Consumer Product Safety Commission has announced a voluntary recall of 220,000 of the travel beds.

The Consumer Product Safety commission has determined that an infant could roll between the bed's air mattress and the tent's fabric, causing a suffocation risk.

It is believed that the infant who died suffocated in this manner, when he was placed in the travel crib with his twin sister for a nap.

KidCo is offering repair kits to prevent the suffocation risk.
