Approximately one million baby seats sold at Target , Wal-Mart and other large retailers have been recalled due to the risk of children falling out of the seats. The CPCS received 28 reports of injuries due to children falling out of the baby seats, three of whom suffered skull fractures
The recall includes Bumbo baby seats that were sold between August 2003 through October 2007. The baby seat is designed for infants six weeks old or able to support their own heads, up to an age of about 12 to 14 months.
