I like statistics. They seem to often be a good barometer that can separate truth from fact. Recently, I was reading an article that stated that in individuals ages 4 through 33, motor vehicle accidents are the leading cause of death. With all the diseases that we constantly hear government and other entities promoting and trying to cure/stop, I wish we heard more about the huge problem of negligent drivers.
I think about how we can make a difference in this area. The only logical way is to hold those individuals accountable for the injuries they cause. Often times, insurance companies want to be a dollar amount on the life of a person. If they want to play that game, please contact an attorney to represent you to maximize that dollar amount and hold that person responsible.
