An Amtrak train hit a car that stalled on the tracks in Kelso. The driver ran from the disabled vehicle just before impact, and that no one was injured in the collision. The Amtrak train was headed northbound to Seattle. Fortunately the driver was not injured. Unfortunately railroad crossing cases are unfortunately quite common.
