Allen Walker, a car crash victim from North Fort Myers, Florida, was awarded $1.275 Million Dollars by a jury after a four day trial in Lee County, Florida. Mr. Walker, who is a bee farmer and owns Walker Farms in North Fort Myers, was permanently and severely injured in an automobile accident on Del Prado Boulevard in North Fort Myers.
Mr. Walker was injured when a truck driven by David Humphrey swerved over the line and hit the vehicle Mr. Walker and his wife were riding in. Mr. Walker subsequently sued Mr. Humphrey, and Mr. Humphrey’s employer, Eagle Engineering.
