Motorists more likely to be at fault in motorcycle accidents

A recent study by the South Carolina Department of Public Safety revealed that in two vehicle collisions involving motorcycles, the motorist was more likely to be at fault. Failure to yield was the greatest cause of motorcycle- car
accidents.
