Friday morning I-94 in Maple Grove was shut down after a tire came of a dump truck. The tire hit another vehicle and lead to the driver having to be air lifted from the scene. Authorities shut down the westbound lanes for about 13 minutes to create a landing zone for the hospital helicopter.
