On October 25, 2006 two women were seriously injured. They were both pedestrians. One was 19 and the other was 43 years old. Both were treated at Harborview in Seattle.
The accidents were blamed on bad weather. But drivers need to adjust their driving when the weather makes visibility difficult.
The pedestrians can make both personal injury claims against the drivers under their liability and personal injury protection (PIP) policies.
