Midwest-CBK is recalling Bistro Chairs because the chair’s metal frame can bend or break, posing a fall hazard to consumers. The recall is being done in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC).
The company has received two reports of the recalled chairs breaking, to date. However, no injuries have been reported.
This recall involves bistro chairs with metal frames with Item number 304136 and UPC number 7384490413. The CPSC New Release includes photos of the recalled chairs for reference. They were sold at gift stores nationwide.
