For those in this country without much, the holidays can seem like a hopeless time. Chaffin Luhana LLP is honored to send a donation to the Bowery Residents Committee (BRC) on behalf of one of our Associate’s, Dori Milner.
The BRC’s motto is “a hand up, not a hand out.” They offer a variety of services to people that need it including employment services, senior services, permanent housing and outpatient treatment.
The Chaffin Luhana Foundation is donating $250 to the BRC on Dori’s behalf. “I believe that the BRC is a great organization not just for the individuals it helps directly, but for the community as a whole,” Dori said. Dori is an attorney in our New York City office. She is a former Bronx Assistant District Attorney and has attended several BRC fundraisers in the past and has seen firsthand the dedication of their staff, volunteers, and the impact that they make.
