Boy Scouts Kept Secret List of Abusers – Different players, same script

A joint investigation between Canadian CBC-TV’s The Fifth Estate and the Los Angeles Times in the United States has determined that Boy Scouts of America leaders helped cover up information about a pedophile Scout leader who was caught in the United States then moved to Canada to continue his predations.

The pattern appears disturbingly familiar.
