Chicco Polly High Chairs have been recalled in the U.S. and Canada due to an injury hazard that can occur should a child fall on or against the pegs on the rear of the chair.

To this date, the company has received twenty-one reports of incidents in which a child has fallen against the peg and suffered injury. Four incidents involved medical attention.

The recall involves high chairs manufactured before October 13, 2010.

The chairs were sold at numerous retail stores and online stores including Toys “R” Us, Babies “R” Us, Burlington Coat Factory, Amazon.com and Target.com among others.
