Children’s Sitting Stools Recalled By Target

Target Stores, has issued a voluntary recall of sitting stools, because the stools can collapse, posing a fall hazard to the user.

To date, the store has received seven reports of the stools breaking or collapsing which have caused the child to fall. In five of those incidents, the children sustained cuts, bumps and bruises. Consumers are urged to stop using the stool and to return them to a Target store for a full refund.

The recall involves kid’s sitting stools, sold as part of the Circo-brand Chloe & Conner Collection. The stool – when assembled – measures 11 inches tall by 11 inches wide.

249200207 (white)

249200217 (navy)

249200208 (pink)
