When doctors wanted to legisltate medical malpractice nearly out of existence in 2002 they claimed that doctors were leaving the state because of increasing insurance premiums. There was never much proof of this and now it’s becoming clearer that there will ultimately be a shortage of health care workers here and elsewhere.
