Weight Watchers Intl., is recalling Hungry Figures and Hungry Magnets distributed in the United States and Canada, that were manufactured by Shanghai Oriland Toys Co. Ltd., of China.
Sewing needles have been found in the stuffing of the recalled items which poses a puncture hazard to consumers. To date, the company has received two reports from company employees of a sewing needle being found; however, no injuries have been reported.
The Hungry Figures and Hungry Magnets, sold exclusively by Weight Watchers, have orange plush exteriors. The Hungry Figure is about 6 inches long and the Hungry Magnet is about 4 inches long.
Consumers should return the items to the nearest Weight Watchers to receive a refund or credit toward the purchase of another item.
