Toys “R” Us, in cooperation with CPSC, has issued a voluntary recall of certain Imaginarium Activity Center toys, because the wooden knobs can detach posing a choking hazard.
To this date, Toys “R” us has received eight reports of the knobs detaching from the recalled items. However, there have not been any reports of injuries.
The recall involves 24,000 Imaginarium 5-Sided Activity Center with model number 46284; Toys "R" Us item number 295909; and has the barcode number 000799985462841. The recalled items were sold at Toys “R” Us stores nationwide and online through their Web site.
Consumers are urged to discontinue using the product and to take it away from young children to eliminate the injury risk. Toys “R”Us should be contacted for a refund or store credit.
