What happens when the person who is sexually harassing you at work, is also the human relations director?  In the case of Crawford v. Nashville, a woman is fired for testifying against a co-worker in a sexual harassment case; the said coworker was also the head of human relations.  Listen in to hear the Law Sisters explain the intricacies of Title VII, and learn about the rights most workers are provided under this federal law.

One of the most infamous sexual harassment cases of 2017 has come to a head at Uber over the last few months, after an enlightening blog post by Former Uber worker, Susan Fowler.  Sexual harassment horror stories in Silicon Valley have been popping up left and right, and for good reason; 60% of women working Tech jobs in Silicon Valley have experienced sexual harassment in the workplace, according to a 2015 survey.

So, why does sexual harassment seem so endemic in the Tech Industry?  Valerie and Leto discuss the “brogrammer” culture and the ways in which it has lead to systematic misogyny in many technology workplaces.
