QuinCrafts, in cooperation with CPSC, is voluntarily recalling about 70,000 sets of Makit & Bakit children’s toy jewelry due to high levels of lead. Lead is toxic if ingested by small children and can lead to serious health problems.
The toy recall includes QuinCrafts products that contain children’s toy jewelry. The following item numbers are included in the recall and can be found on the packaging of the products: 55256, 41671, 55106, 55100, 43131, 50083 and 50694.
Consumers are advised to take the recalled jewelry away from children immediately and to contact QuinCrafts for a new set.
