Those attorney’s handling pedestrian accidents may recall a 1994 book by Jerry Eubanks entitled Pedestrian Accident Reconstruction. I have used it over the years and found it to be a omprehensive text including formulas, examples, day/night photography, etc. It was clearly written and well illustrated.
It’s with some excitement therefore that I await Mr. Eubanks updated work entitled Pedestrian Accident Reconstruction and Litigation
t due to be released on December 30, 2006 and now 1000 pages in length. It can be obtained at Amazon.com.
