SATCO Products has issued a voluntary recall of LED light bulbs in the US and Canada in conjunction with the CPSC, because the metal housing/lens assembly can dislodge from the bulb’s base and fall, posing an injury risk to bystanders.
While no injuries have been reported to date, there have been four reports of the bulbs separating.
This recall involves SATCO KolourONe brand Panel Array 2.0 and DUO 2.0 PAR 30 and 38 LED light bulbs with product numbers that start with S89XX or S90XX. Items with the letter “A” in the last character are not included in the recall.
