Swing Sets Recalled By Pacific Cycle; Sold at Toys R Us

A fall hazard has prompted the recall of certain Playsafe Dartmouth Swing Sets imported by Pacific Cycle. The recalled items were sold exclusively at Toys R Us stores nationwide.

The recall involves the sling-style swing seats which can prematurely crack or split.

To date, the company has received five reports of the seats breaking during use. One incident involved minor injuries.

Playsafe Dartmouth Swing Set – model number 22-PS340, with date codes FSD0115AA and FSD0315AA are involved in the recall. The CPSC News Release includes a photo of the recalled products for reference.
