Imaginarium Activity Walkers, sold exclusively at Toys R Us stores nationwide, have been recalled in the U.S. and Canada, due to a choking hazard to young children if the one of the pieces detaches from the product.
To this date the company has received five incident reports of parts detaching, but there have been no reports of injury. Consumers are urged to stop using the recalled walkers immediately and to put it out of reach of young children. The items should be returned to the nearest Toys R Us store for a refund or store credit.
The recall involves Imaginarium Activity Walkers with the following model number: 5F5E972 and barcode number: 3700217300319.
