There's a YouTube video just published last month and already with millions of views aptly titled "Luckiest Truck Driver In Russia". The video shows a nearly head-on collision between two commercial semi truck and the oncoming driver getting ejected through the windshield of his vehicle. Remarkably, he appears to be uninjured and, after landing on his feet, is seen walking near the vehicle immediately after having been ejected.
Research has shown you are 25 times more likely to be killed if you are ejected from the vehicle. Seat belts can be very effective in preventing total ejection from vehicles.
