A St. Petersburg car crash closed south bound lanes of I-275 for hours this morning following a high speed police chase. The suspect was driving a Ford Escort the wrong way on 275 when it crashed into another vehicle, a Toyota Camry, head-on. The passenger in the Toyota Camry was taken to Bayfront Hospital and later died.
